Agreement
By creating an account, connecting a channel, or using NextPilot Chat (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Service
NextPilot Chat is a multi-tenant CRM for teams to manage WhatsApp and other messaging channels, leads, automations, visual flows, drip sequences, broadcasts, AI-assisted replies, reports, usage tracking, online store connections, and related tools described on our website and in-product documentation.
Features may change over time. Beta or preview features may be offered as-is without guaranteed availability.
Accounts & workspaces
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. Each workspace is isolated to your organization; you are responsible for inviting team members and assigning appropriate roles and permissions.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for compliance with laws that apply to your business and messaging practices.
Connected channels & messaging rules
When you connect WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, or other channels, you must comply with Meta’s terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, applicable opt-in/opt-out rules, and local telecommunications and marketing laws.
You are solely responsible for message content you and your team send, including broadcasts, automations, and AI-generated replies. NextPilot provides tools; you control what is sent to your customers.
- Honor opt-out requests and platform rules (including WhatsApp’s 24-hour customer care window for free-form messages where applicable).
- Obtain necessary consent before sending promotional messages.
- Do not use the Service for spam, harassment, illegal content, or prohibited industries under platform policies.
AI features
AI auto-reply and related features generate responses based on configuration, knowledge sources, and live data you enable. You are responsible for reviewing AI behavior, enabling human handoff when needed, and ensuring outputs are appropriate for your customers.
AI outputs may be inaccurate; do not rely on them as the sole source of legal, medical, or financial advice.
Plans, trials & billing
Paid plans, trials, and local payment methods (where available) are described on our Pricing page. Fees for NextPilot subscriptions are separate from WhatsApp conversation charges billed by WhatsApp or your solution partner.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refund terms are as published at purchase or required by applicable law.
Developer access & integrations
Developer keys and integration credentials must be kept confidential. You are responsible for actions taken using your keys. Rate limits and acceptable use restrictions may apply to protect platform stability.
Intellectual property
NextPilot Chat and its software, design, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your content and customer data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
Prohibited use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except as permitted by law.
- Access another organization’s workspace without authorization.
- Upload malware or attempt to bypass security controls.
- Use the Service in violation of Meta, WhatsApp, or payment processor policies.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirements. You may cancel at any time; upon termination, access may cease and data may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy and retention practices.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OF THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS (INCLUDING WHATSAPP OR META).
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXTPILOT AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FEES).
Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
